As part of this initiative, Trenser has extended its support to two key programs under H2O’s Sanjeevani Initiative:

Community Outreach Scooters
Two dedicated outreach scooters will enable healthcare professionals and outreach staff to provide timely home-based healthcare and rehabilitation services across Kadinamkulam Grama Panchayat and neighbouring communities. These vehicles will help extend essential healthcare services to individuals who may face difficulties accessing healthcare facilities.

Inclusive Outpatient (OP) Clinic
The Inclusive OP Clinic is a barrier-free, community-based primary healthcare facility designed to serve persons with disabilities, elderly individuals, people living with chronic illnesses, and other vulnerable communities.

The clinic will provide medical consultations, routine health screenings, early diagnosis, chronic disease management, disability assessment, and referral services.
