Raising Competent Leaders

Our Learning & Development (L&D) department recently hosted a highly impactful leadership training program designed to equip our future team leads and managers with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset. The session was led by renowned leadership coach and consultant, Mr. Tojo Eapen.

The training covered core leadership fundamentals while also focusing on the development of essential qualities such as effective communication and self-awareness. A key highlight of the session was the emphasis on cultivating a growth mindset and embracing continuous learning, supported by models like the S-curve of growth.

We recognize that building a great team requires more than just technical competence; it demands an environment rooted in trust, open feedback, and effective conflict resolution, where every member has the opportunity to thrive.
